  • We may be able to work on a single layer or many layers, either will have ripple effects; it will be at the pace that you and your system welcome.
  • We may use objects to represent the elements at the core of your question so you can easily see the process outside of yourself. The movements will be based on how they feel in your system so it's not about words and moving figures.

This is an offer of space, support, listening, deep holding, warmth, tender care of the layers and parts that have been hurt or alone, or forgotten or hidden,.. all to tap into and allow more life energy flow and more love within oneself.

This is a space to open, witness constrictions, look at layers, remember and (re)meet the inner beautiful self, say “no’s”, say “yes’s”, cleanse, bring the parts in that were lost or hidden, (re)unite, step into own power, step into own self.

A resourced container, with body support, with emotional support, with attunement to soul’s guidance, a guide with tools by your side at all times.

All is for you.

This is a full day container with multiple processes (Family System Healing, cacao brew, ‘Path of Life’ experience, full body massage, work with herbs, resources oriented ritual, herbal bath, Rebozo closing/ swaddling ritual).

REbozo Massage And intuitive bodywork

Connecting to the body and its boundaries. Loosening up and expressing.

Body knows so much. It stores information of many generations before us, of our own experiences and environments. Traumas and unprocessed emotions can distort relationship with the body or manifest as physical symptoms of numbness, tension, constriction, pain, illness.

We can learn a lot from the body and also we can assist it to release what it’s been caring. 

In these sessions, you can bring an intention to work with a particular area or it may be a full body Rebozo massage, where I use Rebozo scarfs as “extensions of my arms”, or I may attune to your body, give it an energetic scan and use my hands to massage the area that is asking for attention. 

There are many ways that the body may choose to release emotions and gunk stored. At times, a mini constellation shows up during the process. At times it’s a session full of roars and sounds that need to be expressed. At times it’s the most peaceful and gentle quiet time of calm and care.

We let your body talk as what it needs.

Postpartum closing ritual

Acknowledging the mother and the body. Closing the past chapter.

This is about honouring the woman, her body, her soul and all it’s taken to arrive to this point. 

It’s about closing the chapter of who she was before the pregnancy, before the birth (or before the loss); she is now a different woman than she was before. And we give this new woman time, love, attention, celebration.

Letting go, cleansing, nourishing, being with the process of the transition, stepping into now.

This ritual is about 3 hrs, includes a conversation segment, intuitive bodywork (full body, likely with an emphasis on the stomach and hip areas), herbal bath, and Rebozo closing ceremony.

  • This is offered in mother's (client's) home or at my location.

Group Setting Constellations

Bring an intention or an issue that you want to explore.

We gather in circle (online or in person). There’ll be a brief round of check-ins and hearing from everyone to help feel safe in the container of the circle.
I can share a bit about the Constellations work if not everyone is familiar. There will be a short exercise so all get to experience the Field for themselves.

I work with 1 person at a time and their system Constellation (aka visual representation of the important parts), with others in the group participating as representatives or observers. All roles matter and can bring great gifts to all participants. 

  • There is wisdom of the circle itself. Each person is important.
  • Another level of support through presence of multiple nervous systems. Relational healing.
  • This can be a great way to step into Constellations work without yet committing to look at your own question directly.
  • Insights and healing through witnessing and participation in Constellations of others.

This is for individuals who want to connect to their essence, to live from a place of who they are, release sticky patterns and gunk inherited and collected, tap into the resource in them and their lineages, find their ground, go deeper and higher, to the degree that feels good & necessary in their soul. And have a helping hand, a guide by their side.
It’ll take some courage. It will take work. And you will be supported at every step. 

We will work in layers, address blocks and challenges, sit with needs and wants, name, release, practice and create. We will go as deep as your system needs so all these shifts become the new reality for you.

Questions and Logistics

Join sessions from the comfort of your own space.

Online sessions are as effective as in person.

Online sessions are held on Zoom.
Please ensure you have stable internet connection, access to a microphone and a camera.

For 1-on-1, the bookings are for a 2hr time slot. Sometimes even really big movements can take less time. Or there might be space and energy for a few movements. We will finish when there’s a natural completion, which may be less than 2hr, with the 2hr maximum per session.

Come as you are. Bring an issue or a question that is alive for you at the time and your intention as how you’d like to shift it. 
Or something more prominent may arise when we meet.
One suggestion, if it feels good and right to you, is to spend a little bit of time and connect to your ancestors, in your own way.

You may cancel and receive a refund up to 48 hours prior to the session, unless some special circumstances.

ABSOLUTELY. Every time, it’s up to you. 

If you are asked to represent, you can say no.

And before any physical touch is made, I ask participants to check in and ask permission from the other person. If it’s a “no”, we will express that movement with words.

All belongs in this process, including honouring the “no’s”, especially honouring the “no’s”.

Mostly yes. Anything that is related to you.
Whether it’s a struggle in a personal relationship, with a family member, or with money or career, or health, or sexuality, or creativity, or if you have an ongoing feeling, like guilt or shame, or anger, or if you have a decision to make that you need more clarity with.
I do not facilitate Business Constellations (you can bring a question about your personal position towards a business but I don’t work on movements within a business structure). 

Give yourself time and space to feel into what has changed for you and how you’ve changed. 

We are working with layers, so untangling one layer will very likely result development in other interconnected parts.

It’s hard to say without looking at the issue and your system specifically. Often, even 1 session will create movement and shifts that then will need space and time to keep unfolding.

From my experience, don’t plan on weekly or even bi-weekly sessions. Generally, more along the lines of 1 issue every few months, unless you are on a big mission to very drastically change your life and are ready for a lot of processing over a short period of time.

That said, do what feels right for you!

I am located in Peachland, BC and can be available for in person sessions in Kelowna and Summerland as well. Other locations may be possible, please connect to discuss.

You are welcome in a session even if you don’t fully understand the process. Trust the feeling in you if you want to join. 
It’s an experiential process that doesn’t need any prior knowledge to participate. I will share some guidance when needed.
